  • Use of chess boards, clocks, and pieces provided by the host

  • Participation in themed nights, rated tournaments, and specialty game modes

  • Informal teaching and game analysis from a certified Texas chess instructor with 10+ years of experience

  • Networking opportunities with Dallas entrepreneurs and business owners

Flexible Yet Structured:

  • Month 1: Open play, teaching, and analysis

  • Month 2: Rapid tournament

  • Months 3–12: Variety of events including themed nights, rated tournaments, and specialty game modes

Annual Commitment:

  • Membership must be purchased for the full year.

  • Prices decrease by $15 for each month after April 1 until the club’s end date in the following April.

Sixty Four Squares Premium Chess Club – Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Overview:

  • Membership is annual and must be purchased for the full 12-month period.

  • Monthly events occur on the first Wednesday of each month from 7 PM – 10 PM at Rough Riders Stadium, 7300 Rough Riders Trl, Frisco, TX 75034.

  • Members must be 18+ professionals.

Membership Fees & Payment:

  • April 2026 Signup: $180

  • May 2026 Signup: $165

  • June 2026 Signup: $150

  • July 2026 Signup: $135

  • …continuing with a $15/month decrement until March 2027.

  • Membership fees include access to monthly events, chess equipment, teaching and analysis, and participation in tournaments.

Membership Benefits:

  • Access to all monthly events for the full year.

  • Use of boards, clocks, and pieces provided by the host.

  • Participation in themed nights, rated tournaments, and specialty game mode tournaments.

  • Informal instruction, guidance, and game analysis provided by the club host.

Event Schedule:

  • Month 1: Open play and teaching (no specialty tournaments)

  • Month 2: Rapid tournament

  • Months 3–12: Flexible schedule with themed nights, rated tournaments, and specialty game modes

Community Guidelines:

  • Members must conduct themselves respectfully.

  • All events are limited to registered members only.

  • Networking and professional conduct encouraged.

Changes to Terms:

  • Sixty Four Squares reserves the right to update the terms, schedule, or format of events. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sixty Four Squares Premium Chess Club

  • Full Refund Before First Event:

    • Members may request a full refund if they have not attended any club events.

    • Refund requests must be made through the official registration platform.

  • No Refund or Cancellation After First Event:

    • Once a member attends the first event, all fees are non-refundable.

    • Membership cannot be canceled after attending the first event.

  • Members are responsible for ensuring their availability for the full 12-month membership period.
