Membership Rules & Stipulations — The Community Supporter Pass

By purchasing The Community Supporter Pass, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Membership Duration:

    • The Community Supporter Pass is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • Benefits (free event entry, lessons, etc.) apply only during the active month of membership.

  2. Lesson Scheduling:

    • Each membership includes one private lesson (1 hour) or two 30-minute lessons, which must be scheduled within the active membership month.

    • Lessons not used before renewal or expiration do not roll over to the next month.

  3. Event Access:

    • Members receive free entry to all standard Sixty Four Squares events hosted during their active membership month.

    • Specialty events (e.g., tournaments, guest speaker nights, or partner-venue events) may not be included unless explicitly stated.

  4. Custom Name Tag:

    • Each member will receive one personalized name tag upon joining.

    • Replacement tags may incur a small reprint fee if lost or damaged.

  5. Non-Transferable:

    • Membership benefits are non-transferable and intended solely for the registered member.

  6. Cancellation & Renewal:

    • Memberships renew monthly unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

    • You may cancel anytime; benefits will remain active until the end of the paid month.

  7. Community Standards:

    • Sixty Four Squares reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges for conduct that disrupts events or goes against our community values of kindness, inclusivity, and respect.

  8. No Refunds Policy:

    • Due to the digital and event-based nature of the membership, all sales are final.
